Welcome to that tourney feeling
I certainly am, just hoping you get a pummelling!
Nah......nervous excitement I'd call it.....this game is very winnable and it's about keeping their heads, maintain discipline and not panic.....
Depending on what happens today the England game for me is where the nerves will kick in big time
I think your lads will put in a big performance this afternoon, 23 years since your last major tourney the players will leave everything on the field and do you brave wildlings proud. Hampden will be rocking. That being said, 3-0 to the Czechs.
Nae idea what the result or performance will be just excited about national football for the first time in many years.
Grew up when we qualified for WCs and the Euros all the time so the dearth of them has diluted my enjoyment a baws hair, a win or a draw and I'll possibly soak my slacks

I've got a Zoom meeting at 2.30, the TV will be on behind the laptop, if we score nae idea how I will deal with that?
Leo, oh aye, took a half day Friday, nae idea why as its a late kick off so I'll need to pace myself (aye right )
A pifflingly small libation.
Just having a think about this nerves thing.....have the luxury of the day off and fvck all to do pre match......
A win today will take away a lot of the pressure from the England game and hence the nerves for me.......
If we come away with hee haw from Wembley, on the evidence of yesterday the Croats are a shadow of the great sides they had in the 90s...... winnable again for me. What England did successfully was bypass the midfield which is their strength

We’re fairly strong CM as well but Modric makes them tick, that will be a close game as well
Yip. First pint in Lynchs before heading to the fanzone. Waiting on the JA contingent for a few beers first
The Czechs are always good at the Euros, rubbish at World cups though. Won it in 76, finalists in 96, Semis in 04. They are the side I fear most in this group.

The central defence we have will give any Scotland fan nightmare, Clarke's football will bore us all to tears.
But let's win this thing, MON SCOTLAND
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Crystal, aye I agree there but I’d take a scrambled, pash performance for a draw or a win right now, same against England
England and Croatia by far the best sides on paper in the group. That said I expect a draw between us and you lot as you'll be bang up for it.
If we are too it'll be a hammering but I don't see it.
Croatia will beat you as they are still a very very talented side, think today is your best chance of going through
Kieran Tierney is absent for Scotland's European Championship opener against the Czech Republic.
The Arsenal defender is not in Steve Clarke's squad as Scotland end a 23-year wait for a men's major tournament finals appearance on Monday. Now theres a shock
Nerves? Not this end Piff, hate international football to be honest, will watch tho! Spark a fattie up and enjoy mate

No nerves fom me, if I thought there was a chance of it not being a defensive borefest, then perhaps. Would be nice to be proved wrong, but I doubt it....plus drinking beer at this time in the morning...I ask you
