2018 Nuno beat Poch 3-1 at the lane

So yes mate, I know what I'm talking about. Nuno is not a carp manager. So all this anti-Nuno campaign is wrapped in over-privileged nonsense.

So suddenly Ten Hag, Lopategui, Valverder is a Yes and Nuno is No? All this is based on what?

Lets face it...most fans can't even agree who should be next manager. Same fans saying Mason and Potter are good options. It's laughable

I wish I could agree but Potter has no pedigree. It will be luck if he does well.

Any manager we get will need luck and support. Even Conte wouldn't have guaranteed anything.

If you think Nuno is better option than Potter that's quite damming, even though I do think Nuno is getting too much stick. Potter played an attractive style with arguably a championship level squad on the whole, whilst also being able to get big results and underperformed xg by more than any other side.

Personallh I wish we stuck with Fonseca, I came round to that as being a really good fit. Nuno doesn't seem a good fit to me but here's hoping him wrong if he comes in.

Our greatest manager in prem history was a former Southampton manager. Guess where Southampton finished before the signed Poch. Many here wouldnhave started a campaign no to Poch.

Its laughable

Honestly think he could do a decent job at Spurs and that a lot of Spurs fans are only underwhelmed because of the managers they were linked with all Summer (although obviously there are Spurs fans who just wouldn’t have wanted him no matter what)

Conte wasn't a good fit, another short term option but him being not washed up like Jose. Would end quickly and in tears and to get success would have needed to spend very big.

Ten Hag and Potter were the best options as they both play good football and on low budgets. They're more long term managers.

Same, I was warming to Fonseca but I'll support any manager we get. I have no choice as a supporter.

Poch played high energy, exciting attacking football with a weaker squad, finishing Southampton in their highest prem finish at the time.

Youre forgetting Wolves as soon as they came up were pretty well throught of and favourites to be in the top half because of the resources they have available.

Last season they finished bottom half and let the manager leave or got rid of him. After months now of manager searching we are going to just then settle on a free manager who had a stinker at a lesser club last season. Sorry it just doesn't wash.

It would be an odd appointment given Spurs' fans disdain for Mourinho's tactics.

Potter is clearly the best candidate. Think everyone but facking Levy and Pat can see that. Progressive attractive football with a solid defensive base. We would get better over time with him, certainly the closest we can get to a new poch.

Nuno would be a facking joke after Levy's comments about attacking football. He isn't an awful manager, but his football is awful and I doubt we progress with that brand of football.

Yeah at the start I wasn’t too keen on Potter. But after this pantomime, landing Potter would seem a positive appointment.

Get Potter. Ensure Kane stays for another season. Ensure we sign 2 CBs. We can only improve.

Still underwhelming big time for me, but out of all the s** we have been linked with like Gattuso etc, I would choose Potter. Nuno was wanted by Palace, so goes to show what level we are at now if we want someone like him. Our useless chairman is to blame for the mess we are in right now hunting around in the basement bargain bin for average managers like Nuno. Should of given Conte what he wanted and started the season with one of the best managers in Europe, but instead we are going to be appointing some rubbish yes man.

Don I think deep down we all knew it would be curtains to any idea of Conte being appointed, the moment it was reported he was mulling over the offer. He would’ve been majorly underwhelmed by Levy’s projections. Conte is the ultimate short term manager in the market. We are looking a manager to start another ‘project’.

Don-useless is very kind to Levy. At least a useless Chairman wouldn't actively harm the club like Levy is doing.

He's beyond incompetent. Mike Ashley's level. Think this Patri bloke seems like the Italian version of Levy.

The demise from 2017 to this is actually quite incredible. 4 years of getting every big decision wrong. If it wasn't for poch working miracles Levy would have been under this pressure a long time ago..
