Can't get excited about Lundstram from what I've seen of him but he might be a handy addition to the squad.
If we lose any of our better players, as has been rumoured, they'll take some replacing. Time will tell, of course.
Good signing IMO, free transfer only 27 so a good age.
Last season he was average at best but the season before he had a great season…..
We needed an extra body or two for centre mid so reasonably happy with that.
Decent deal on a free. Can't help thinking Kamara is on his way
Ultimately we moved on Zungu and Stewart and have brought in Sakala and Lundstrum for nothing so on paper we have strengthened.
After the Euros we have an opportunity to get decent money for Kamara and I can't help but think this is the time Morelos will finally go. If we were able to get £25m - £30m for those 2 it leaves us enough to get money in the bank with plenty available to replace at a good level.
Good player, excelled in the PL when Sheff United were a functioning unit.
Huge upgrade on Zungu.
Now can we shift some.
Two from Edmundson, Simpson, Katic.
Kelly, Barker, Jones and Hastie.
Loans for McCrorie, King, Ofobohr, Middleton, Kennedy.
The squad is massive.
Surprised Jones hasn't gone, thought there would be offers as he performed well on loan

Aye, i thought Sunderland would be back in for him.
Supposedly we only want 600k. Someone will take him for that.

Simpson ain't going anywhere
did he pump your missus?

I'm with you on that, he's not going anywhere but out of the 7 CBs we have he's the first one most fans would move on.

Not the first one I'd move on for sure. Needs games.
Who yous moving on before him?

Oooooooo the mask has slip from Fash. Used the wrong account here by the looks of it. Talking to Rangers fans as "yous"
Fair enough i would move him on before Katic at least.
He had a good spell with Derby and i would be hopeful we could get a few quid for him. Personally i think he done well when he got a chance with us but he's going to struggle to get in our team.
Decent rotation option. Now need to look towards getting someone in who can replace Davis over the course of the next season.
Pleased with this signing. Excellent first season in the Prem with Sheff Utd but quieter second season.
At the end of the day we are getting a 27 year old who has played 60+ EPL games in the last two seasons for nothing.
He will be first team ready and shouldn’t take much adjustment to Scottish football.
It’s almost better for us he was a bit ‘meh’ last season or we might have struggled to get him. Hopefully the move and the chance to play for his hero SG will revitalise him.
Low risk signing. Could add a new dimension to the midfield. If it lacked anything it was a bit of physicality ๐
Potentially stolen a top class midfielder on a free, potentially another Andy King. I'll reserve judgement.
We really need to be moving some on now, as well as sorting out Goldson's contract situation.
To be fair King was at the end of his days when he came on loan.
Lundstram is 27. He looked one of Sheff Utds best players when they were challenging in the top half. He looked a bit of a beast of a player tbh.
I think he’s one we want to build our midfield round for the next few years.
We have good coaches and a managers players want to play for. I think they have a good chance of getting the best out of him.
Really good bit of business on a free.

Not sure how I managed to post that twice!๐๐
Not convinced he’ll be a top player for us but definitely a good signing on a free.
Their fans have been having digs at his attitude so hopefully doesn’t come up as billy big baws as that never plays out well. Also worry if guys like him who have done decently in the Prem are as good as sometimes made out to be, seen it with Duffy and John Fleck was obviously seen as a better player and much better technically.
Delighted with this bit of business. The backroom staff at Ibrox are doing a tremendous job getting business like this done. Great potential from this experienced guy, and we got him for nothing.
Can't wait for this season to start.
What I like about this signing is the fact that I had never heard of the guy untill this morning on here, then a couple of hours later he's signed. How business is done
Meanwhile out east they are trying to explain a lovebite....
