See you say that in a snide way because you're a Liverpool fan, but Ole has done better than Klopp did in his first 2 full seasons.
Klopp finished 4th and then 4th. No title race etc.
Ole 3rd and 2nd and we challenged last season.

Have Utd been in a title race under Ole?! Also, didn’t Klopp also reach two European cup finals as well? Would rather have 4th and a CL final than 3rd but nothing else.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Klopp reached a few cup finals in 2016 with a team that was NOT his squad
2) They did lose the 2018 UCL final but instead of Klopp getting terrorised like Ole in 2021, the nation rallied behind them because everyone loves Klopp and he can do no wrong. Even when he threatens officials and pitch side BT reporters.

So he reached a couple of cup finals with a weak squad, and within 2.5 years had made a CL final? I think that’s good going. And obviously he has since won both the PL and the CL. Will Ole be doing that? As said, finishing 2nd is very different to being in an actual title race. Utd have never been near a title race under Ole.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry Ace but let's just be clear here: if Ole won the 2019 or 2020 UCL/ League Cup/ FA cup etc then it would be dismissed as not being his achievement due to the nucleus of Jose's team.... but when Klopp does it it's 'good going'. Double standards.
We were in the title race last season. That's not even up for debate.

See these nonsense narratives are what I mean.
Oh United finished second but they had a poor points total. So did City but nobody has a go at Pep.
Klopp was touted for manager of the year after getting Liverpool into 3rd but he didn't even get more than about 62 points.
Why does everyone hate Ole what has he done?
We weren't in a title race after the new year.
We have improve on our league finishes. Previously we have had 2 seasons in CL finishing places under the previous 3 managers. He's done that in under 3 years. Hasn't won anything yet, but has made semi finals and a final. So we're getting closer.
And remember, it wasn't so long ago that people took the mick out of Klopp failing to win things in finals and finishing 4th in the league.

If we dont do that will you call for Ole to go?
Ole's made United look more like United after the horrible Van Gaal and Mourinho episodes. It's probably taken longer than it should, but there you go.
This season's the time to judge him, I reckon, he's had time and backing to shape things his way now.

Utd finished on 74 points. One of the worst runner-up points totals in Premier League history. At best you were about 10 or 11 points behind with 5 or 6 games to go. That’s not a title race.

As so very often under Ole we're at another crossroads.
I really do think he has to deliver this coming season now. There's not many excuses left.
He's done a steady job of things but now we need a sharp upturn on the progress graph.

For me if we challenge for the title and make UCL semis then he has to stay.

If we dont do that will you call for Ole to go?

Ole's made United look more like United after the horrible Van Gaal and Mourinho episodes. It's probably taken longer than it should, but there you go.
This season's the time to judge him, I reckon, he's had time and backing to shape things his way now.

But if he doesn't do that then he should leave? Some high aspirations at the moment is that.
