Thought Robinson bowled well today and Jimmy was his brilliant self. Didn't click for him in his first spell but he is a master of his craft.

India will be aiming for 450 here but if England can get a good start and nip a couple out early then they've got a long tail and we can hopefully get them all out for something closer to 375.

1 of the top 3 will need to go big when our time with the bat comes.

Sibley wiill bat so slowly he will slow us down to the point of going nowhere.
Anyway England dont take early wickets in the morning. The like of Pant will smash England to death later on.

You might well be right but Rahane is still relatively new to the crease and Rahul needs to start again. We might need to take any half chances and perhaps get a couple of tight calls go our way. However living in perpetual pessimism must get boring and tiring.

He is who you want in Australia. Not a swinging slowish day 1 pitch at Lords. Ultimately he'll never stay fit enough to build a test career.

Wood is a bowling machine. Loads of pace but no movement with the ball. This is what batsman practice on with bowling machines.

Wood's a fine bowler, he just isn't suited to English conditions and I don't know why we keep picking him here as he should ideally be a specialist away bowler much like Woakes should only really be used at home.

His away average is 23.9.

He’s a very good player, and presumably the article was written by an English person because Jadeja always seems to play well against us.

Yep these two have batted well, should get around that 400 mark now.
