We're going to win the league
Now is not the time to give up on Ndombele.
Nuno has to get him to play like he can, all the time.
Ndombele has great potential.

I read this in an Obi Wan voice
For me his strengths are his ball retention in tight areas, his ability to thread penetrating balls through the lines, and his ability to break lines with some skill & dribbling. These skills make a massive difference when against a press because he will find the spaces and take opposition players out of the game.
All of these attributes work best from a more of a traditional CM or slightly deeper sitting CM position. These positions require hard work, energy and mobility, These are not his strengths.
Give him a free role and i do not think he will be involved enough or in the right areas of the pitch that play to his strengths.
Overall, if he was genuinely box to box he would be an awesome, complete player. If he was made to realise this then he would be one of the best in the league. Just doesnt seem to be that driven. Hopefully Nuno will inspire him and build a team around him.
NDombele’s partner has just had a baby...
Hence why he hasn’t played the last 2 friendlies..,
If only Ndombele had the athleticism of Sissoko
Never understood Tanguy. Played week-in week-out for Lyon, was outstanding most games. Comes to us, instantly unfit. I get it takes a while to settle in, but it has been nearly 2 years now... Really hope he kicks on this season

I think in a 352 he could work best but not in a double pivot
