Excellent signing, very much looking forward to seeing him play in a United shirt. Seeing Rashford, Greenwood and Sancho as a front 3 over the next few years should be great fun to watch.

It says everything about Ole that you've signed Sancho are about to sign Varane and still no one expects you to win the league.
Basically falling into the trap Chelsea did last summer, upgrading your team but failing to upgrade in the one position you really need to.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
if as expected city sign kane, why would anyone in their right mind EXPECT us to win the league... daft b0ll0ck
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You're the biggest club in the country, if you want to dine on that then you have to accept the expectations that come with it.
The deliberate lowering of elite club expectations is playing right into the hands of owners like Glazers and Kroenke.

Can’t see how we can accommodate 3 wide forwards in the same side.
Madrid and Barca aren’t as good as City.

Greenwood will presumably play more centrally now we have Sancho.
Regardless as the biggest club in the country who are hardly skint yourself getting excuses in before a ball is kicked is insane.
Fergie (who faced and won against a similar situation with Chelsea in the 00s) would be spitting feathers.
Furthermore even if you excuse Ole for not challenging for the league, what's the excuse for him not picking up a single trophy in the lesser comps? Especially the Europa.

That is because you are an imbecile.
I, for one, am shocked. Who could have seen this transfer coming!? I figured he'd got lost at Carrington with Ozil.
As for winning the league, we should at least be challenging, but Chelsea are likely to be much stronger this season, as are Liverpool (or at least not as bad as last year!), and City have one of the most ridiculous squads in the league. Signing Sancho doesn't make us close to favourites for the league, even if Ole was Pep...
Plenty of rotation probably - can be good and bad though.
Looks cracking on paper!

Play 2 wide and 1 centrally.
Front two of Greenwood/Cavani/Rashford with Sancho/Jesse playing behind. Midfield pair from Pogba, Fernandes and van de Beek with one of McTominay or Fred sitting.
What we all are looking for is his shirt number. Is he JS7 or JS<Insert Number Here>? Otherwise, the news is not unexpected, amirite?
great fee imo, hopefully brings back down to earth some clubs valuations of their players
I'll reserve judgement until he has proven not to be the next Kagawa or Mkhitaryan.
Exciting signing on paper!
Will Sancho play on the left or right?
It'll be nice to see some variation in formations, I think barring maybe 2 games in the last 2 years, it's basically been 4231
overshadowed by Paul Mullin to Wrexham though
