In that case, yes I imagine he will do better.

Should do better, Pepe is showing he's a decent player (not worth what we paid though) but he took a long time to adapt to the league.

German league is more similar and Sancho is obviously from England.

I do have doubts about him living up to the price tag long term though but we'll see

No offense, but Stewart Downing is English and played his entire career in England but didn't live up to the expectations when he moved to Liverpool.

Sancho has couple of years Manchester experience as an youth player.
