Yep, that's why it's an outside chance

These GB athletes are just exceptional. Unbelievably proud of all of them. How they keep reaching these levels is amazing.

What a performance by Joe.

We've done better than I expected. Three consecutive Olympics of getting over 20 golds and in the top 4. Still can't believe we came 2nd in Rio.

Rio was crazy

We could be near that gold count though if a couple of small things had gone our way in finals

But that sort of luck evens out in to the stuff we won as well

The National Lottery seems to have been a real game changer for us.

Yes but some things were ridiculous close

Both taekwondo finals and the relay 100m

Duncan Scott as well smashed the British record only to get beat by a Chinese lad no one had backed for gold

Yeah the taekwondo was very Spursy.

Couple of the swimmers made comments that suggest they thought their opponents were doping

Caeleb Dressel just came straight out and said it but i think Scott thought the same

Wouldn't surprise me. Maybe we'll win more golds at these Olympics in a few years time.

Tbf i look at Dressel and dont immediately think life time natty
