Just take your money for him and let him go. Spurs' issues over the last few windows appears to be keeping players who either do not want to be there, would prefer to move on or both. Be it Alli, Aurier, Eriksen and now Kane as well. Probably others that we don't know about.

A fractured dressing room with the clubs main player going into the season is hardly a good first step for Nuno.

Levy is a shrewd operator, tbh. Force Kane to make the first move while looking to reluctantly accept a bid he would have bitten your hands off in the first place (~£125m). Use the money to make minimal improvements while the fans are glorifying your name.
