That's the problem with being as bad as we are during a pandemic. The only clubs that would have any interest in our deadwood can't afford them or their wages.

At the same time we have spent £75 million so far

Look at Chelseas team on Sunday, the likes of Baba Rahman, Trevor Chalobah, Danny Drinkwater, Michy Batshuayi, RLC, Ross Barkley and so on. It isn't that simple to get rid of players.

Transfer fees are dodgy, a lot of cooking the books goes on. Since Raul left we haven't got anyone capable of doing that.

Got to loan players out especially during this pandemic and sell them next season when clubs abroad should be in a better financial position.

We were stupid not to sell AMN and Bellerin a few seasons ago when they were wanted by other clubs. There were good fees being quoted for them too.

The AMN one is baffling because we decided to sell Martinez instead of him, and Arteta didn’t even play him at all last season. A potential £25m down the drain.

Problem you bigger clubs have is that you have overspent on players wages for years which has created a closed shop for where players can move to next. You throw daft money at crap and lesser clubs can't take on that kind of wage so end up loaning and sending them back.

I think Arsenal are tyring to play hardball on transfers after getting stung a few times. Probalem is no on is biting and we are left with the deadwood.

and, like Spurs, Arsenal will avoid having unwanted players on the books while they buy replacements. They like to sell first, get them off the wage bill before adding new players.
