The funny thing is pep is talking about negotiating when city haven’t even put in a bid
Jokers, it’s obvious the game they are playing here
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yep no bid.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Then how can you negotiate when there is no starting point
Oh well if he said it himself then case closed. Definitely no chance he could he back tracking and lying to cover himself.
Football fans are hilarious. We've been fed nothing but made up media stories that everyone has believed. When we get a statement straight from the horses mouth, for the first time in ages, everyone calls it out!
Whatever the truth, I'm glad he's back, I want him to stay and would be more than happy to see him in Spurs shirt again. All our flaky fans like shandy calling for his head are beyond ridiculous.

The way this whole situation has been handled, reported on, and responded to, is just farcical. And the fault of that lies completely with Spurs.
From the player, to the club, and to the fans, you have all been a joke.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
if you really want him just pay the money FFS
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Pay what money?
Me?
You’re all turning on him.
If it was always as planned that he would return to training at the end of week, then why has it taken to the end of the week to simply state that.
Spurs the club have been disrespectful to the fans.
The fans are turning on Kane, and in some cases against the owners.
The way this has gone, Spurs fans getting annoyed, Spurs themselves saying nothing, and Kane saying nothing until today, is nothing to do with any other club.
Own the shambles that it is. I actually feel for Spurs fans in this. They have been left in the dark, and that is simply not fair.
And for Spurs fans to try and pass the blame onto another club is playing right into the hands of those who are the ones who you should actually be blaming.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Have you concerned that it wasn't always the plan for him to return at the end of the week? You seem to have accepted this explanation just as quickly as the spurs fans that you're criticising for blindly believing that he was skipping training
---------------------------------------------------------------------
That's the point though. If it was always the plan, the club should have said that on day 1 rather than have 4 days of Spurs fans slating Kane and essentially turning on him due to him not showing up.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Only make sense if Kane is back tracking.Which he is.
Why would Nuno say that things needed to be discussed behind closed doors when questioned about Kane instead of just saying he is only due Saturday?

it's blatantly damage limitation
I reckon he's going on a technicality. He wouldn't have been training this week anyway with Covid tests and isolation and whatnot.
He refuse to train if doesnt come back in time from his holidays which he always planned on coming back late from.
“As planned” = as he planned.
“The situation” = I want my cake and eat it
For Spurs to sell Kane now... it would cost Man City €150m...
Plus we would need to centre forwards signed before the end of the transfer window...
Can’t see all this happening

It’s clearly Levy’s doing. He’s getting the fans to turn on Kane. Wasn’t hard really.

There was never a way it wouldn’t cost £150m+ this summer, just no chance in hell.
Kane’s statement is bollox in my opinion, he wants off, but he should have known that would only ever happen on Levy’s terms
Wouldn't be surprised if he sacked his brother and hired a proper agent ahead of next summer

Kane should get Raiola as his agent to add to the drama.
Yes I'm sure it was planned for him to return to training 8 days before playing the PL champions. That seems like brilliant management if it actually is true
Surely we can all see how this plays out. Harry tries to keep the fans on side while seeking a move by annoying the club. He will be sold nearer the deadline day for whatever Levy wants and then Levy and Harry are both happy. We have seen this so many times before. Harry is no better or worse than any other player trying to force a move. We will all be annoyed and then in years to come we will see him as a second rate legend. I give you sheringham, berbatov, modric, bale. I say second rate because none of these players who force moves can really be legends.
Raiola would probably get 9 figures in agent fees from getting Kane and haaland sold in the same summer
Wasn’t it the case that all England players were going to return to training with their respective clubs later than the other players, because of their involvement in the Euro final?
I’ve read there’s going to he caps on agent’s fees next season. Not sure what they are, though.
