I work not far from the dock , I reckon they will incorporate dock features into the build making it more accessible to the public , well I hope , fascinating history in that dock

I work not far from the dock , I reckon they will incorporate dock features into the build making it more accessible to the public , well I hope , fascinating history in that dock

Will be some design features taken from Goodison. Also walls and some building preserved.
Shame UNESCO wanted a derelict dock. Peels plans are going to be great for the north docks.
