I thought arsenals movement was good going forward (bar missing a cf) and you cut through us on occassion. Bigger issues for arsenal are genuine style of play (non counter attack) and intensity of pressing and formation.
Seems arteta has done nothing but wait for the youngsters to do some sort of miracle (smith rowe or saka) to score
Never mind moving the ball yous are absolutely brutal without the ball, that's the main issue.
No idea how to press and win the ball back, you stood off Chelsea for 90 mins like you weren't allowed tackle them.
You can say all you want about arsenal with the ball, if you don't do the basics off the ball then you haven't a hope.
Too many players who want the ball into feet. Odegaard, Smith Rowe, Pepe and Saka. You need players who want to make runs in the channel. Saka and Pepe have the pace to do that but Arteta isn't coaching that.

I think Kante was a massive miss for you guys. That is the sole reason that we looked like we got into some dangerous areas before it all broke down. I see players playing with no instinct. I see Arteta coaching every player as to what to do and where to be. It's mental.

I dont think we have been good off the ball for a decade. However, we always had goals in us. Those have dried up. I'd rather be leaky at the back with the knowledge that we will score 2 a game. But being leaky at the back and with zero hope of scoring...that is horrible for fans.

may be true, im trying to give arsenal some credit because althouhg we could have scored more, arsenal could have scored too.
Jorgino had one of his poorest games for us today which may help your point rather than mine
Arsenal played a bit better in the 2nd half.
Holding should have scored. Saka had a shot saved.
Arsenal didnt concede a 3rd .
Leno made a great save from Lukaku.
But 0 points 0 goals 19th place. Man City next.
TTP TRUST THE PROCESS
The continued lack of any style, particularly in build up and attack is very worrying. I don’t think having players out is an excuse for that, a good coach should have his players organised and playing a recognisable style no matter who is playing. Yes the team may lose, but it shouldn’t look so bereft of ideas. Further more, we’ve seen these performances even when our first 11 plays. Arteta can’t hide behind injuries and Covid, every team will encounter these issues. We’ll obviously lose to city then there’ll be huge pressure on the ‘easier’ games of Norwich and Burnley. If he drops points in those games It’s really hard to see A way back for Arteta, especially among fan opinion

Yeah not a great time for arsenal .
Arteta is just a nonsense manager. No real style, no plan. Are you possession based or counter attack? I remember commenting many times when Wenger was being hounded out, be careful what you wish for. Wenger was successful and papered over many problems you had.

I love Wenger. But I can also see that he was past his best. The same obsession that made him a legend, is the same obsession that led to his downfall. The number of titles he could have won had he bought the 1 or 2 players we needed season after season...
The issue is that we let him go with ZERO clue in terms of strategy going forward both on and off the pitch. Shocking.
