Conte is a really good manager but not sure even he can get your squad to finish too 4 unless you give him a huge budget next summer and a couple of sides already above you implode.

I just feel arteta has unlimited time and is under zero pressure, read that the board don’t want to go through the recruitment process again. If you watch his press conferences it’s like he lives in a different world.

Not required, that's the whole "Manager making them look far worse than they are" thing I've mentioned. You're judging this squad by what you have seen Arteta accomplish with it. They're substantially better than that but you cannot see it whilst they're being bullied by a clueless dictator who picks the wrong team, uses the wrong tactics, refuses to accept he is wrong and sh !ts all over his players whilst he does it all.

The problem is the manager, not the squad of players that HE is causing to fail.
