Exactly what i thought Wetherby when i saw the table. Anyone out of the current top 6 would have over achieved if they make the Play offs.

Off subject but well done to Jordan Rhodes for scoring his 50,51 goals of his town career.I know he gets some stick but well done
Your up early hydy !!
Still can't sort Tuesday out then ??
Think we are some distance off that Norwich team. They knew what their best team was and played the same way every week regardless of who they played. They knew they were the best team in the division and backed themselves every game to win. Yeah they gave Leeds a head start but turned it on pretty quickly after their opening day hammering.
I see alot of very good players at Town but not yet a great team. By Christmas, with all the getting to know you out of the way, i hope we will become the best team in the league. However till the turn of the year i'd be happy to just stay in touch and then the quality and squad strength show through in the second half of the season.
Been up since half seven Wetherby, dont think I can get there in time for tues, silly kick off time!
Your probably right booothy, lets get into second spot & wait to pounch,
We have all the top teams to come to us from Feb on wards, Sheff u in Feb, Charlton in March, Sheff Wed in April. After Wednesday at home we are at Preston, should be a great run in. A good test will be our home game against North End in 3 weeks time., decent crowd too.
I know hydy, silly, silly time, can't you get an hour off ?
Did we decide on the kick off time before we knew it was against Bradford? Were probably expecting 2 men and dog to turn up. Kick off suits means i can take my son, you'll recognise him he'll be wearing his Bradford City shirt!
If the top 6 stay up there, there are going to be some cracking fixtures.
I know how you feel Booothy, my stepdaughter is a L**ds fan, !!
Not good, although she occasionlly comes to watch Town, I brought her to the play off final, at about 75 mins she asked to go to the loo, she didn't need the loo she was just getting stressed with the situation of the match, when we got back we were 2-0 down !!
My 4 year old hasn't been to a match yet, but believe me she will be a Town fan !!
My youngest is only 2 but he has been brainwashed already to love Town, i'm not making that mistake again.
I had real dilemma last week. My son was the mascot at Bradford but obviously we were had home. Which game should i have attended?
Town, but I bet you went to Valley Parade, its your kids surely you went to Bradford
No i watched Town.
I work with a load of women, the general opinion is that i'm a bad person.
ha ha, good lad !!
How did he turn into a Bradford fan??
Ex wife is a season ticket holder. I actually attended alot of City games back then, before they were rubbish. Everyone knew i supported Town and got a bit of stick.
Time to give em some stick back on Tuesday !!
Bang on Boooothy with yer comments on Norwich. I still think they've been the best side to have played in league 1 since we've been in it. Wether, take her to a game. I first took my son when he was 2 and he's had a season ticket ever since and he's now 13
Will do Johnny, although she is more interested in Peppa Pig & Mickey Mouse !!
Quite like Peppa pig, Robbie rabbits amazing
Wouldn't be suprised at all if we lost Tuesday. It's a much bigger game for City than us. Realistically the JPT is all they have to play for this season.
No way Booothy, we are far too good for them, a trip to Wembley is a trip to Wembley.
I don't need convicing, i'd love to watch Town at Wembley. It's just always the same in any game, everyone will say they are taking it serious but if one team wants it more it always shows. Shamrock Rovers and Tottenham should not really have been on the same pitch Thursday but gave them a real game.
boothy..
at this moment is it really worth lots of football fans paying a load of money to watch town play in a realatively meaningless football match(cash aside), wherever it is??
id hate to think how much it would be for a family of 4.. plus all the add ons..
play offs is a different thing..
if we have to take the jpt seriously then id like to win it, but as i say, cash aside, its not that important..
