He would be your best defensive midfielder to be fair

Probably still better than what we have

Yeah but can Beyonce do it on a wet Wednesday in Stoke?

Strange one Aurier. In his early 20s he was a really good defender and at times he looked classy for Spurs. But both player and club lost respect for each other. He'll find a club soon and will probably be a good signing for someone, especially free.

Agree with this, he is nowhere near as bad as he is made out to be and he was actually pretty decent for us last season.

I’m surprised Palace/Watford/Brentford aren’t trying to get him in already as he is more than good enough for those sides

They must be, if they can afford his wages anyway. I thought he'd decided he was going back to PSG though? Man seems a bit deluded.

Don't like him, never did, even as bad as we are.

I remember him at PSG goofing around and the disdain shown on Thiago Silva's face at his antics.

He must’ve heard that Lacazette has been jumping new signings in the changing room and fancied in on the action.

You already have one liability in Xhaka. Aurier would be another

We'd only sign aurier if Arteta got sacked anyway - I can't see those two seeing eye to eye on anything.

Physically and athletically he has all the attributes, but he lacks concentration and the mental ability to make sensible decisions. Good as he can look at times, particularly in games where he can push up without worrying about defending, he will always have moments of rashness that cost his team. I’m very glad Spurs have got rid, if he ends up at Arsenal so be it, no affection for him so don’t really care, think he’s a Gooner anyway, fack him.

So he's basically just another Bellerin then.

Well for a start he seems to have a personality.

When he signed for Spurs all the Looters were claiming he will be a best fullback in the world.
