Favourite film which probably wouldn't make many people's top 20, Scent of a Woman.

That is by far Pacino's best film for me
Watched American psycho for first time last night, good but max 8/10
Scent of a woman and Pacino's performance were both good but well overrated for me.

Ya wha? Really? Over Godfather?
I personally prefer his Ricky Roma in GlenGary over his Scent of a Woman.
But no doubt, an amazing performance.
Ricky Roma was grate
the "u fairy" rant crack me up every time.
Man that whole bit, a damn classic. But I even love the intimate scenes with Jonathan Pryce, doing his whole sellsman smooth patter technique.
But his blow-ups.
The Ed Harris bit, ‘oh Dave, if you make a sell, this whole place stinks of your farts for a week’
yer, talking Pryce intoo defying his wife in the Chinese restaurant<rfl>
Jack Lemon yelling put it on the board when he thort he gotta sale from the lunatic Patels
cud go on 4ever
such a grate moovie
‘Woah woah, what’s this? Ravadam Patel!!!???
F You! The Lord Shiva came down and gave him a million dollars and told him to ‘sign the deal’, he wouldn’t sign’
Ahh man! I’m cracking up right now!
I’m gonna go find it, I know I bought it on disc. I need to re-watch ASAP.
Oh damn, just remembered Alec Baldwin’s epic bit.
Ah man, that might be a bit awkward..
But yeh, GlenGaryGlenRoss over his Scent of a Woman.
i always wanted 2 go see a per4mance of the play but wud have 2 make sure they include the extra Alec Baldwin bit as it was not in original play
Oh really? Never knew that.
So what happens, is there still a competition put to them?
yer, but is more perfunctory i think, without the Alec Baldwin character presenting it.
dificult too think they would not add that scene 2 stage play as there wud b riots in the audience
