So are you guys still getting a lot of breakthrough cases after vaccination? Surprised numbers are still so high.
Its the young uns spreading it, they have the notion that the vaccine is evil.
DJ is an old man though and presumably so are his mates. What's the number of vaccinated now anyway? Must be around 70% surely?
1st dose 48,480,178 89.2%
2nd dose 44,170,373 81.3%
total 92,650,551
I'm in line for my booster next month.
I'm older than all on here.
That's a good ratio Boston. Over here the number of fully vaccinated are about 54%, thanks to Trump and his Republican cronies.
Are the fully vaccinated still getting positive testing, Boston?
Flu jab booked for Saturday
Booster I'll arrange through work

Yeah it is ridiculous here and isn't going to improve either so we are pretty much as far along as we will ever be in beating Covid. Hopefully on the bright side the ones that suffer/die off are the unvaccinated morons going out of their way to defy any form of logic. We can only hope.

Still getting the virus, but the severity is extremely low.
Double vaccinated are 98.5 % not really affected but show the symptoms.
The anti vaccers ( is that a word ?) have their heads in the sand.
I had two vaccinations but still tested positive. Didn’t have severe symptoms but can’t recall ever feeling so low on energy
Yes, seems the vaccines aren't completely effective against the delta variant, and hospitals starting to fill up again unfortunately. Death rates seem to be lower than pre vaccine though.
I do know some people, double jabbed, who felt pretty unwell for several days after having Covid recently
U23s beat Exeter 3-2 in the (checks notes) Premier League Cup tonight. Well if we can play in the EFL Cup, Exeter can play in the PL Cup I suppose.
Forest at the bottom of the Championship with one point from 7 games. Inevitably Chris Hughton shown the door
Campbell, Carty and Corbett the scorers for the U23s tonight who had gone a goal down early on. The result brought to an end a 10 game unbeaten run for Exeter including wins of 4-0 and 3-0 against Villa.
I've had the booster (3rd vaccine jab) and still wear a mask when in stores and the like. I do think that mask wearing at all sporting events should be the norm.
As for Cinci's stance on the unvaccinated being the ones that are the high percentage of deaths (1400 a day), I have no sympathy for them whatsoever. I'll bet their relatives are all regretting it now.
Yep, hard to have sympathy when it is brought on by their own stupidity or ignorance. Of course some cannot have the vaccine for certain reasons which is a shame and must be pretty scary considering others clearly do not give a shat one little bit. Also a shame that some fully vaxed people will die through break through cases and the like.
Such a sad state of affairs though that for something so serious as this a country can't just pull together to end it but instead use it as a tool to divide. That scu mbag down your way Wolfie, DeSantis, what a massive massive cant he really is and the talk is he will be the next to run for president, I mean seriously, what is going on with this country now?!?!?
Words fail me with that tw@t DeSantis. Unfortunately there are a large number of Trump supporters down here. I hope that with Newsom, having fended off that recall vote in California, more people will adhere to the need to mask up all over the country and with any luck by the time the 2022 mid term elections come around DeSantis will be removed.

Apparently Vinagre had a nightmare performance in the 1-5 loss to Ajax and was replaced at HT. His defensive frailties were the reason. Nothing new there then.
Reading that the G7 Speakers Conference is being held this week in Chorley. Glad to hear the Lancashire town finally has something else to be famous for
Have booked a ferry from Alcudia to Tulon for October 23rd. Planning to drive through France to the Euro Tunnel and spend 2 weeks in the UK visiting family and friends. Hoping to get a ticket for the Monday evening game on November 1st against Everton.
how do Gem, that sounds a decent expedition
Hiya Tino. Don't know if I'll be able to get a ticket but if not the game is live on SKY anyway.
