I really like sancho but I always said the issue he'll have is the difference between the way Dortmund set up, which was to get the best out of him and the way that German teams play where over half of them play with a high line which suits him perfectly. I'm not sure he has the game to have the same impact against teams who sit deep and don't allow him to run in behind.

Agree with this, thought similar in the past. Good player against opposition that suits him,
Sancho will be fine. He has quick feet, bags of skills and runs with his head up. He will come good. I don’t think his ceiling is as high as most people expect, but he won’t be a flop.
He should be given a bit more free er role. Maybe given license to switch with Greenwood once in a while, because at the moment it looks one dimensional.

Some had him as the next coming of messi. Good player who should do well eventually. Just don’t see him as a worldbeater.

Yes. He will be very good at supporting role for a world class player, but he won’t be the world class player that carries the team.

Not quite a generational talent then?
Agree though, I think we’ll see more as the season progresses, perhaps even more in Europe, likes of Atalanta and their style might suit him very well.,the wolves and Burnley’s not so much.,
I think giving him more freedom to roam will help against teams that sit deep. Our attack is too congested on the left. He could find more 1v1s on the right.
