Yes yes and yes, I make you right on everything.
Lo Celso, times up for me, getting bored of him having 1 great game in 10.
Ndombele, I’m willing to persist with, his natural talent is insane I just hope someone can work out what to do with him.
It's a shame about Ndombele. I get why he must be so frustrating for Spurs fans but he's such a supremely talented player. When on form he's one my favourite players to watch in this league.

17th out of 20 for net spend over the last 5 years and we didn’t have any real major sales like Coutinho, Bale etc

Even gross spend, we’ve only spent £50m more than Newcastle over that period despite being in the CL and making a record profit one year.

Net schmet.
Spurs have spent £160,000,000 in the past three windows.
Ndombele and Lo Celso probably would have been good signings if Poch had stayed or he was replaced by a manager who understood modern football.
You can clearly see in Ndombele what a talent he is.
Nuno has to play these two every week for a long period of time to see the best of them. 433 with PEH, Lo Celso and Ndombele for me.
Lo Celso and Ndombele are not Bruno/KDB typed who will get you 15 assists a season, they're completely different types of players.
It's the equivalent of comparing them to Kante
we'll never know but even chucking Bruno amoungst the mess of the last few seasons may have not seen him perform like we've seen for United, for us.

Spurs have sold over a hundred million pounds worth of talent in the last 3 windows, including Trippier won won La Liga, Eriksen who won Serie A, Foyth who won the Europa league.
We can both spin it Robbing, net is very much relevant

Have to agree with this
Net spend doesn’t matter when evaluating what we have bought
The point stands….we have spent 160million on mostly dross
Even if we had made a profit on transfers over that period doesn’t change the fact our recruitment is shocking for higher end transfers

Nah. Eriksen maybe but that's it.
Look, which ever way you slice it Spurs have spent £160,000,000 in three windows and now have players like Lo Celso, Bergwijn and Gil on the books. That's up to Spurs and no one else. Massively increased wages too.
its been done to death at this point. have spent, but too late when damage already done, and on more luxury players than replacements.
not selling players at the right time etc.
all easily said in hindsight, as players like Eriksen and Dele were great when we should have sold them, but shows how vital it is to refresh things.
mental spending over £100m in summer 2019 while spending £0 in the summer prior. suicidal in fact. Think we were linked to Grealish and Kalvin Phillips for big money that summer too, look at those feckers now.
its not about the money not spent, its about what we got vs what we missed out on when we were better than we were at point of spending the money.
did Spurs spend £160m in three windows Robbing?

£280,000,000 in five windows according to that.
The shoe string narrative that keeps getting trotted out on here looks quite silly going by that.

Probably the least terrible post Phenom has ever managed
Pretty unfair article really, targeting Ndombele and Lo Celso when there's at least half a dozen other signings who have offered considerably less in the same timeframe. But there we go.
Jack Clarke played for the U21's against Cambridge last might and apparently stunk the place out. Another £12m down the pan.
Don't forget Sess. £25m. Another dud.
Scarlett played as well so probably won't be involved tonight.
