Finally an enjoyable sporting event taking place in that stadium!
Sunday was the first time in years I’ve gone to see us without having a beer before the game as I was rough as feck after cracking on into the early hours of Sunday.
I don’t normally eat at the ground but needed some food to sort me out.
We take some serious amounts of money of of them bars
As you’ve said Dev it will prove to be money well spent in the end.
At least someone will win something in that stadium on Saturday, long wait till it’s actually Spurs.
Well atleast we have the best stadium in the world if not the best team

What did you have to eat on zero carbon day mate? In my head I imagined they’d only be selling plant based food or something!
And yeah you’re right, I was amazed and impressed last time I was there on matchday at how well geared it is to service people’s consumption. You could have lunch there before the game, drink there all afternoon then have dinner there, people just tapping away with their cards all day long, matchday alone is a goldmine nevermind all these extra events.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You still can’t get out of there in a hurry on match day, so they have got people like me who just can’t be ersed with the queues and stay for a couple more drinks/snacks

The live bands around the stadium after the game are good for a mini rave up. They seem to finish a bit too early sometimes

Corner Pin is now Beavertown Corner Pin
Like having a beer in the Bluecoats before the game, nice place but a bit small.Number 8 next to the Cornerpin is alright and has a massive back garden.
I just couldn't face a beer Ace but plenty of people told me to have the hair of the dog.

Different story when you're in your 20's
the hangovers get worse as you get older
My recovery time now is shocking
I read a while back that Spurs want the stadium to play a big part in delivering a NFL franchise to London.
I've no idea how likely this is but I do know that if Levy could pull that off we are talking billions rather than millions.
Go London Hotspurs!
Levy is clever in leading the way on green issues
I've heard several interviews where it's seen as a way to get higher premiums for sponsorship deals and possible naming rights for the ground.
The Tottenham Hotspur stadium opened in 2019 and its still called The Tottenham Hotspur stadium….
Why have we still got no naming rights!? Surely it’s money we could invest

Once the Death Star, I mean stadium is operational and can prove it can host major sporting events and concerts it should increase the value of a deal.
Levy wants approx £25m a year. Not too many companies post covid will be prepared to sign a deal if another lockdown is enforced. You would think the deal would be between 10-20 years. That's a £250m-£500m outlay, spread over the duration of the contract.

Just seen on my IG feed Levy pictured with Eddie Hearn and AJ at the ground. Couldn’t help noticing how short and bald Levy is compared to them two, the facking short bald barstard.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's interesting. Eddie Hearn's Matchroom company has signed a deal with DAZN who are in talks to sign BT Sports. They seem to have alot of money to spend and the purchase figure of BT Sports is around £4.5b. Wonder if Levy has tapped up Eddie to speak to DAZN about a possible deal involving the naming rights?
