Got a feeling City will respond and win this game. Chelsea done them last 3 games so you got the law of averages that it can't happen again.

Got draw written all over it tomorrow I reckon which is good for us.

Think we'll beat them.at Anfield. Think Brentford is going to be tricky though for some reason.

Law of averages?

Each game is a unique event

One of these two are going to win the league.

It isn’t going to be Liverpool, by a fine margin. And it isn’t going to be us by a wide margin.

If city do lose..then what a game a week later at Anfield will be.

Odds on city being 9 points behind liverpool after next weekend??

I think all we can say with confidence is that United fans will be crowing from the roof tops about being top of the league while the genuine contenders all face each other early doors.

Utd kick off at 12.30 and it'd be no surprise to see them drop points.

I dont see utd anywhere near the title tbh....its not because i support liverpool either..its because they are not a "team"

Agree. With Ole they have zero chance

No pressure on United from either their fans or the media.

Good place to be.

Many of you fail to understand that the vast majority of United fans think Ole has done an outstanding job in rebuilding the ethos of the club, from the academy up.

And, there now seems to be a huge majority of United fans who believe that he has now taken us as far as his abilities will allow - nothing personal against one who will always be in that exclusive list known as the “Old Trafford’s Favourite Sons.”

Is he Klopp? No. Pep? Or Tuchel? No.

But this PE teacher seems to be doing a better job than;

A. the substitute geography teacher at Arsenal

B. the class-room assistant at Spurs

C. the head prefect at Leicester

D. the suddenly uber-cool Environmental Studies 2nd year student placement at Brighton

B. The Franciscan Monk at Spurs

Comparing Ole to the Brighton manager is a new low tbh. How the fack is a Brighton manager supposed to compete with United?

He isn't but no doubt in my mind the Brighton manager is better than Ole. Switch places and he wouldn't be doing any worse.

United have a ridiculous amount of riches and a great squad, zero excuse for them not getting 90+ points this season.

Proper six pointer this one. Not sure how they are going to be divided out though.

It does seem a bit unfair that some clubs are playing six pointers this early in the season, when others are just playing for three points a game?

Maybe it's something they need to look at when the fixtures come out. Clearly some clubs are getting an advantage over others early in the season.

You mean signing Ronaldo at 36 and Sancho for £73m ?

Its not a utd thread.

Dont rate Ake and if hes up against lukaku then i see goals for lukaku.

I feel cfc are too good defensively for city to.score more than 1 but feel cfc can get more tgan 2.

I feel 3-1 to cfc

A draw will be fine . I am not clear who will be the stronger of the two teams this season and so would like them to both drop points .
Ideally city to have a red card as well to help us out for next weeks game

posted on 25/9/21

I would take a draw now. 8 points out of 12 from pool arsenal spurs away and city at home would be a great return

posted on 25/9/21

Arsenal and spurs?

Not sure why u added those teams.....nowhere near the top teams and city well and truly fkd up losing too spurs.

Away to Anfield yes...but home to.city u should be winning that tbh. I feel we fkd up.only drawing with cfc and now must not lose at SB.

Head to heads this season will decide the title imo

Chelsea defeat for me. Very interested to see how they react to a defeat. They have sky high confidence carried over from their champs league win. A defeat will show us what they are made of.
