We have been awful , so casual and yet they Are so open we should win this easy , hope klopp wakes a few of them up
Playing too much into their hands in that first half. Matip really struggling vs Toney as well.

That’s why they time waste.
They play in phases of high energy and then use stoppages to break the game up
They have put some shift in brentford. If they can keep that up for another 45 then theyve earned a result.
We need to just be better. Well below our levels from the season so far.
Our last pass need to be accurate. There is a lot of space behind their defence.
Need to stop giving the ball away. I expect Klopp to change it. Keep possession. Could see Milner for Jones or Henderson and Minamino for Mane

Brentford have been good but we really are not helping ourselves by conceding such a poor goal. That was basic defending.

they did their homework n made a fool out of our high line defending of free kicks worked it well tbf.

I kinda agree. It is very Wimbledonesque. Long balls bypassing mid and playing the percentages. We have to be better in final 3rd esp mane whose passing has been poor.
They are not a good team , we should be winning this easily , just need some composure and effort . Expect much better in the second half

Yes Wimbledon. Their choice and they got the players to do it. We need to be up to the challenge.
They dont mix it up. Its long ball after long ball. Even Allardyce teams play a better style.
Type of game where having Phillips on the bench might help if we need to see this out late on. Need to score first though obviously.

dont agree, ive seen them a few times this season play some lovely passages of footy on the ground, theyre also good defensively as their record shows and set pieces and throwins etc. they do a bit of everything but yeah when you have toney upfront hes a big asset for them.
