Don’t apologise mate! I’m enjoying your articles ….mixing up the subject matter too as I think we have all got carried away with the doom and gloom at the moment , me included
Rose was a fantastic left back when on it but he only really had 2 or 3 good seasons
His mouth took over his talent but was also refreshing to see a footballer talk about mental health issues
Think it distracted him though….maybe should have saved the interviews for when he retired

I’ve always liked Rose, I even didn’t care that much about what he said except for the fact that it was on the eve of the season and to the S*n.
Aside from that he has always been great and gave me my favourite moment of the documentary
Always liked Rose - got no issues with anything he said. He also helped our youth players out a fair bit in his final year/s with us and used to go to their games.

Hats off to Rose for calling out ENIC and their lack of ambition, and for a couple of years he was really top drawer for us. He came across as a bit of a mug though in that Amazon documentary, along with gobbing off to the press etc he tarnished his time at Spurs a bit.
