Kane is an option.
Maybe Lewandovski in the summer, only will have a year left on his contract.
Ndidi
Rice
Pogba on a free?
Bernardo
They could be challenging for top 4 next season, if they invest heavily.

No they will not.

I think the likes of Wilson, ASM and Willock should be safe. Other than that, it’s a Speedball 2 complete overhaul (props for anyone that gets that reference)

I can see them raiding Pool, a lot of their players are around 30 and have only 1 last mega contract in them, so would jump at the chance of the wages on offer.
Salah for example, he has just 18 months left on his Klanfield contract, approaching 30 and Pool will not be able to match the wages Newcastle will throw at him. You can bet his agent has already been approached.
The same applies to Mane and others, Pool`s owners are businessmen, and could see it as the right time to sell.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Will be interesting to see what mercenaries arrive in January to keep them in the PL
Could be a big January window

Of course they can. We will comfortably get top 4 this year, and have no centre mids, poor right back, mediocre goalkeeper and coach.
If they get a quality coach in, spend 300 mill, they could certainly match us.

Why do you think players who are around 30 and would, at this moment, walk into many top teams in the world (earning that last mega contract you mention), go to Newcastle who are not even in the CL, and realistically probably won’t qualify for the CL until the season after next (at the very earliest)?
It took City 3 years to qualify (and of course they only then actually played in the CL the season after that).

Most players will move anywhere if you pay them enough, and most players are for sale if you pay enough for them
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Name examples of where this has actually happened

China

Which top players moved to China?
