Here’s hoping the fine run continues
Cheers Mornin, it certainly feels like it’s been ages since we last played. Had we been away I’d have had no hesitation going for a Garibaldi win, but being at home fills me with fear. We’ve been pretty inept at home for the last two season, however, Cooper had Swansea pretty solid at home and hopefully he can do the same for us. Injury wise we don’t appear to be any different to before the break, and the two ‘new’ signings aren’t deemed ready, so I can’t see any reason to change. I think tomorrow will be a pretty open and entertaining affair and will plump for a 3-1 Garibaldi. I, like most others, have been impressed with the whole attitude under the new management team and just hope it continues. It’s nice to post without total apprehension, long may it continue.
Today has definitely been a long time coming. I'm going for a win by two goals today.given the absentees the seasiders have.
Our team more or less picks itself these days. That's a good thing short term, but key players Spence, Lowe, and Zinc are only on loan and we should be making plans to fill those gaps if we are unable to make them permanent signings. Fin Back could come in fo Spence, and we could possibly go back in for Buchanan (at half what we offered in the summer.)
We also need to think about bringing Fernandez, Fornah, and Konate into the match day squad at some point.
Better problems to hve than we had a few weeks ago though.
Wonderful how a few wins make everything look a lot better isn't it?
No surprises then...
Samba
Worrall Figs McKenna
Spence Yates Colback Lowe
Johnson Grabban Zico
Horvath Bong Garner Mighten Lolley Carvalho Taylor
Let's hope young Brennan signs another contract!
Looks like we are even developing a bit of fight to add to decent form. 👍
EI EI EIO Up the football league we go!!!!
Great win over a very tricky opposition - well done Forest - showing some proper steel and guile
At last home win since Apri ?
Still hate Blackpool (11/5/2010)
I think what this thread shows is that when we haven’t got anything to moan about...we haven’t got anything to say!! 🤣
Long may it continue!!!
