If you watched the game you would see he clearly isn’t fit. That was by far his worst game in a United shirt.
I got home just in time to see the first leicester goal. Watched 5 mins and turned off the game as I was not about to let the shambolic performance ruin my weekend.

Why did Ole start him when he knew he wasn't fit?
He is a liability when he's fit, when he's not fit he is abysmal.
England have to play 2 cloggers to shield him. In the PL he has no pace, he's slow on the ball and turns like a truck. We can't afford to shield him (although we do try with McFred). We play way too deep to protect him.
One of the worst transfers in premier league history. He is completely wrong for any style of play a United team should have.
He does not belong at a club like United.
AWB and Maguire have come back to haunt Ole - he spent £130m on these two. Just wow.
quite obviously he was rushed back.

Yeah it was definitely more than just a poor performance. His fitness was a big mitigating factor
The clueless manager definitely rushed him back. These school boy errors have been embarrassing
As soon as you saw the team sheet you knew it was a mistake.
Only back from injury yesterday, shouldn’t have started
Klopp won't play his best players if they're not match fit. I believe Solsjkar would have played Van Dijk towards the end of last season becuase he's training well but Klopp said no. That's the difference between them. A good manager gets the best out of the available team but a cluless one like Ole depends on his big players to get him a result

Lots of ifs and buts, an overreaction if I ever saw one. Could have said the same about Rashford if he hadn’t scored.
He wasn’t great but I’ve seen plenty of Liverpool CBs except van Dijk make lots of mistakes as do City or Chelsea defenders.
Maguire isn’t Rio but he is a top 10 defender in the league.
Since when is Leicester away a game United is expected to win.

Question was he not match fit or not good enough. Some said he's rushed back, others said he's not United lever or both. I don't think you watched the game. He's rubbish today.

I think he is United class, though he hasn't started the season very well, like a lot of England players, possiblt suffering a post Euros hangover. Shaw and Sancho both could be put in that category too.
Today was different though. Maguire wasn't just off form, he didn't look even half fit and shouldn't have started. It shows the regard Ole must hold Bailly in. Which I can understand, as he's a madman
With Maguire he does a decent job within his limitations, I think Ole expects Maguire to be his Van Dijk.
I’m thinking George Graham here, he had a nuts and bolts defence and played them as such. No fancy passing just boot or head the ball out or get it to the full backs.
Maguire needs a deep line and blockers in front so he can nod the ball out.
He is their nat Phillips.
Hes slow, awkward and turns like a bus.
But theres one thing you can be sure of with agent ole.
He will injure any player he has that's 75%.
He did for rashford over playing him then told him to focus on his football.
He ran Fernandes into the ground
