Strong rumors Jules Kounde wants a transfer to Utd. Possible partner for Varane, which should mean the end of Slabhead, flog him to Newcastle!

He can be with Maguire and Varane in Conte’s back 3

Liverpool links so a big no.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
To me, that's not important. Robb mentioned Sir Matt, who played for City and Liverpool, for example. Different era, admittedly. But it's not really important to me, so long as they can come in and improve our fortunes on the pitch.
I was quite happy when we signed Owen, for example. And whilst he wasn't really a roaring success, he did score what must rank in my top 5 favourite United goals ever.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The goal in the League Cup against Barnsley, obviously.

Hypothetically, if Klopp walked out on Liverpool to become United manager, would you really say no to him though? He'd be a terrific appointment, so I'd be delighted. And the thought of him actually coming back to haunt them would only make the appointment more desirable for me.
Obviously, there's a limit. I wouldn't want Steven Gerrard to be appointed as our manager, for example. But by and large, I can put the rivalry aside if the signing or appointment is for the betterment of the team

Surely the last thing United need is another coach that prefers to grind out results/has a dull style of football?
Conte has a chance of winning something but it's still slim with City, Chelsea and Liverpool all being at a very high level (or likely to be).
Obviously you guys may well feel differently but from another club in an even worse mess, I'd put attacking, entertaining football above anything else right now

I think they’ve always been the real deal. They just suffered last season with a mental injury crisis at the back. Even then they still came third. Plus don’t underestimate how having fans back helps them. Probably more than any other club, their home fans are a 12th man

Yeah, they are looking ominously good. They're actually blowing teams away far more impressively than they did when they won the league two years ago. They often relied on late goals to grind out narrow victories that year. Hopefully we can find something to at least take points off them next week. If we don't they could go on a massive winning streak
