Could be ideal fro them, they need a process to spend their money and Arteta is all about process. So if they are happy with no end result from the process our mini Mouorinho might be their answer and with apparent unlimited transfer budgets he might actiually succeed.

As long as we dont end up with Bruce
It was good of Newcastle to hold off on the sacking/leaving until we had beaten them - for that I am grateful

Bruce does tend to manage relegation fodder so it's unlikely atm

"Elite" clubs don't beg other clubs to keep their struggling managers until they play..

We wish he was anything close to being a mini Mourinho. Mourinho had a distinct playing style, HATED losing (and barely lost or even conceded in his early days), stormed to the PL title in his first season and won the biggest titles in club football in his early days with minnows. Arteta is not even close to replicating any of that.

Alright then, mini-Pulis...no Pulis teams were strong and always fought for a result. Mini-Allardyce....no Fat Sam had a bit of fight as well. Fact is no one is a perfect match for Arteta as the ones who are aren't remembereed as they disappeared for not doing well enough.
