never rated him as a pundit, overrated as a player too.

I can actually see what he's getting at in criticising your defence. It's not the weakest - it's obviously solid enough to achieve the stats you mentioned, but you see the issues when Chelsea go behind in a match under Tuchel because when Chelsea chase a game they look more likely to concede than score.

chelsea are the only one that play with 2 dms and 5 def tbf? add in mount and havertz are often 2 of the attacking players too that offer a lot defensively in work rate etc and is it any wonder? The football hasnt been a great watch for the majority either if we're honest and probably a reflection of this.

According to Scholes we are defensively poor. The article isn't about attacking and entertaining the neutrals. Having said that only Liverpool have scored more goals at the moment.

yeah theyre not since Tuchels come in and kinda overcompensated on defensive frailties by using a system and players to cover them up a bit. As i said never rated Scholes as a pundit.

where did i say it was negative? as klopp says theres no better creative player than counter press. But when you're doing a good job upfront it makes life on the def easier too.

And having tall forwards good in the air help defending set pieces, simple as that.
