Boooo, if true then it’s just gonna make us look even more of a joke as the losses keep coming and Oles shortcomings are going to be more and more exposed.

United briefing English press, real story is in Italy where they can't control the narrative like they can here. Non-story. Di Marzio doesn't usually miss with Italian news.

No surprise here if true.

MUFC have invested heavily on Ole and his programme for the future in the summer and seem to believe in it. I would think they would be very hesitant to chuck it all in the bin after just 9 games.

In fact the more you think about it it would be crazy.

Also they will look at the CL table and see United sitting pretty

However if we continue to lose, they really will have no choice but to wield the axe.

Next 3 results should make their minds up either way.

Any other club in the world loses to their main rival by that margin and the manager is gone.

Wow.....

I dread to think of the reaction of some here if Ole stays on a bit longer and Conte gets snapped up in the meantime.

I thought that all Di Marzio had actually said was Conte May be interested in United job if offered but there had been no official contact or offers on the table?

Don't see how Ole can walk into team training tomorrow morning after Sunday like nothing happened and be taken seriously. That result would and should see off any Utd manager bar possibly Fergie.

I think he's gone tonight and we just haven't found out yet. If he goes into the next few games as coach then surely the Ole outers must now turn their anger to the owners for subjecting him to this for longer? So unfair on him to make him take the Spurs game as a lame duck manager just waiting for his marching orders.

No manager wants to manager this team when you have City and Chelsea to come

Most of the Ole outers would start to resent him for not walking. He says he loves the club - the time to prove it would be him quitting.

Sure Sir Fergie lost by that many to City once.

Yesterday I didn’t think you’d sack him, thought you’d give him a few more games at least. The backlash seems to be so strong against him in particular though, wouldn’t be surprised if your board feel forced to act sooner.

Walk away from £8m pay off? Nobody in their right mind would do that. You wouldn't either. It's down to the club to sack him.

I think he will be gone before this time tomorrow personally.

He's not going to quit ffs. Which is unfortunate, given how much the powers that be at United tend to dither on these decisions.

Fairly sure Mourinho lived on to manage another day / poke another eye at famously patient Real after losing 5-0 to Barcelona

🗞 It is understood that Eric Bailly openly challenged Solskjær in the aftermath of the 4-2 defeat at Leicester when he reputedly asked the manager “why he picked a centre-half who was not fit”. [@TelegraphDucker]

If the players really have lost faith in him tactically, as has been widely leaked, then it really is past the point of no return. But this is United, so don't bet on then getting their act together and sacking him.

You are been dramatic.

If he think this what is your evidence that he has already been sacked.

Bailly then threatened to be involved in a clash of heads with one of his teammates in order to exact revenge.
