Problems start with ENIC, sure, but that doesn't hide the fact that the first port of call is to get rid of Nuno. We're worse than we were last year by a long way.

Honestly just might as well have kept Mourinho at this point.
I'm not going back all the time Nuno is there. Don't care if I lose hundreds, that's my stance and I'm sticking to it
Is Levy gonna listen?
He is after all a massive Cuuuunnnnt
Patsy needs to go with Nuno
have suffered more 3+ goal defeats than any other team in the league.

Haha I had to double check that one too, but it’s true.
Won five league games by a one goal margin.
Lost five games, conceding three goals in FOUR of those games, with us only scoring once in those five league defeats.

So apparently we are joint worse on that with Norwich - which doesn’t make it any better 😂ðŸ˜
Yeah just looked and it’s four times, the same as Norwich and Newcastle. That’s ridiculous, even we haven’t managed that.

Haha yeah. All you can do is laugh otherwise you wouldn’t stop crying.
It's an undeniable fact that the manager is nowhere good enough. However it's also true that the current squad of players are without doubt absolutely abysmal. Apart from a handful the rest will have to be sold on and replaced. This will be a prolonged and tortuous process and will require patience and belief in the new manager. I have no confidence that the club hierarchy have the ability, insight and bravery to accomplish the desired ambition. These are dark desperate days for our club.

I have sympathy for you. I’ve experienced Mourinho, but I wouldn’t ever wish Nuno on anyone.
Where did it all start to go wrong ?
Cast your mind back to, firstly 2016/17:
P 38 W26 D8 L4 GF86 GA26 - pts 86 - pos 2nd
( yeah, goal difference +60 )
Then 2017/18
P38 W23 D9 L7 GF74 GA36 - pts 77 pos 3rd
Then what happened ?
Well absolutely no investment in the first team / squad by, yep you guessed it.........Levy and Enic.
Forget the run to the CL final the following season. That involved an absolute bucket load of fortune, and nobody in world football thought we should be in the final, based on any measure you care to use.
Since then , with continued lack of adequate investment in the playing staff ( who cares about our shiny new stadium where dross is being played by average players and winning something is a million miles away ) we have regressed EVERY season, from consistent top 3 to 7th last year, and certainly lower still at the end of this season.
I am not an expert qualified football coach, or a financial wizz kid with an in depth knowledge of the transfer market, but I do know what Levy should have done at the end of the 2017/18 season, and that is clearly to invest in the squad to get us that small step needed at that time.
Now we need about 10 steps, and frankly a hell of a lot more money to get us where we could have been 3 years ago.
I just despair at where we are, and just can't be bothered to even get annoyed anymore.

This is pretty much bang on. The strange thing is that I think we’re all agreed that Levy is a good businessman for all his failings in the football industry, but this really is route one in terms of mistakes. Every businessman is well aware of the term ‘speculate to accumulate’ so why did Levy decide to stand still rather than spend some of that CL money that was coming in? It wouldn’t have put us in debt as we had European money coming in. It’s staggering in its lack of ambition and, more glaringly, naive from a business perspective.
It’s the equivalent of ignoring a leak in a house and waiting for the entire thing to collapse. It’s not something I’d associate with a man of his intelligence.

Doesn’t our pub club have more European trophies than your team - how has that happened, why have you been worse than the dog and duck in Europe, is that not a little embarassing?
