A short article which was hastily put together purely to distract people from the bertie auld article where everything was quite pleasant.

I don't doubt for one minute the topic won't be discussed at length as the case is heard or after it is concluded. I don't know if these things get reported on whilst ongoing. However the subject will I hope be moderated with the respect, mindfulness and tact by whichever OP feels such topics merit debating or discussion on the site and not just a casual quip in a comment that ads little more than increased ill feeling across the site.
