I don't care how good the manager is women can never be as good as the top male footballers.
That being said I enjoy women's football but I'll never do what so many people seem to do and that's compare it to the men's game.
I've watched loads of entertaining women's football but that's not enough for some people.
Just have to stop comparing the two.
I think another interesting question would be if a woman manager can break into the mens game?
Saw a rumour that Emma Hayes was linked to the Norwich job before they hired Dean Smith. Probably just some made up cobblers but it did get me thinking if we might see a female manager in the mens game at sobe point

I just can't see a woman being given a managers job in the top leagues. Not for a good while yet at least. Would the players respond to one? Hmmmm. Maybe some. Maybe even the majority. But I suspect that a good few in every squad would be against it and undermine her. Which would likely make the job impossible
Emma Hayes should be able to get a chance at a Men's league club, if she likes and progress from there.
Women are to physically weak to play at the highest level of men's Football though.
Not comparing women's football with men's. I wanna know how good a team will get if they had an elite manager.
Hope Powell was close to getting the Grimsby Town job years ago.
I'd sign Rolfo and Jordyn Huitema

Problem with women’s football is they all look like Jimmy Bullard - not a decent pair of Bristol’s in sight. Beach Volleyball is loads better.
