To be fair music in general is a steaming pile of shat. In the UK right now and popped on radio one the other day and was staggered at the complete and utter sh!!te that was being played, truly cringeworthy shat. Not to mention the dumbing down of the news reportsas if talking to four year olds.

Radio1 is total 💩 I wouldn’t base the U.K. music scene on that station, saying that, the only decent songs I’ve heard that has come from a U.K. artist was from Noel Gallagher and I can’t stand the mouthy tool.

Not a massive fan of Adele tbh, she’s got a great voice, a few nice songs and she seems alright, but all her songs are about the same topic and more or less sound the same, to me anyway.

The music press is dog*hit, hyping up averageness with lines like “greatest songwriter of their generation”, “the best album you’ll hear all year” about some absolute wet wipe of an artist who you never hear from again.

Standards in music have definitely dropped and it's not a generational thing. I saw some comparison site the other day saying how Drake is the biggest selling artist, over The Beatles, Elvis etc.. Not sure it's correct but still.

Never ever listen to music radio stations now...bbc five live or Talksport only...and Spotify...Radio 2 has become an absolute parody...I mean how is Steve Wright still on every afternoon...it's monotonous hackneyed drivel...and as for the likes of Jeremy Vine...christ on a fackin bike
