Depends what it is. if it's just a cold they should be fine. If it's something that makes you sick and can't eat then they will lose some fitness.

Had our chances, afolayan one on one with the Keeper the best chance. Just not clinical enough when get in good attacking positions. Look more compact today and definitely stronger with baptiste a proper defender at RB. Got away with the stupidity of playing out to thomason which cost the penalty.
