How the hell was he allowed this long.
Just a shame he wasnt allowed ruin the cl as well for utd.
Happy he’s gone and he was never really good enough for us but glad he gets a payoff and genuinely have no ill feeling towards him in the way some had for Jose as to his credit he at least acted like a gentleman for 99% of his time at the club. Hopefully he gets some sort of ambassador role at the club in the future.
Ole, thankyou for your service, your watch has ended 👏🏻
Carrick takes charge while a search for an interim begins, should hopefully mean he will be gone too.
Hopefully Phelan has gone too
Right decision but do I trust the club to appoint the right man next?

They may or may not but let’s be honest - it won’t be hard to find a manager better than Ole
Disgraceful by the club. Knee jerk reaction to a bad run of results without Varane.
We thank him for bringing stability. But it was time to go. This is a results business
Someone needs to do a welfare check on Ulcer

We don't sack our managers
So not Fletcher as people thought then?
Gutted, absolutely gutted.
The writing was on the wall after the pool game... Probably should have gone then really, but so be it. Wish Ole well and hope he can rebuild a career somewhere.
God knows what we will do next as a club, hopefully a strong personality who can help form a proper blueprint with the good squad we have and a few tweaks.

He was the one who had to make the final decision. Such is the life of a major business titan.

This is the bit people should be talking about.
So apparently Carrick is the interim interim manager?
I believe this is a decision where everyone involved should be happy about, including Ole.
Sad that it’s got to this. Things seem to have been amicable, judging by the club statement.

Writing was on the wall from that god awful final against Villarreal, he was in the job for almost 3 years and it was confirmation he had no idea how to muster any style of play.
Interesting the plan seems to be to find an interim until the end of the season. Good that will take time to find the right man.
Hopefully that means Ten Hag
I'd imagine Carrick was part of the problem?
