He should have went down at HT
I think all the rangers fans were wanting him to go down and have a word with the team
Couldn't believe he just sat there

I think it would go against his wp?
I dont think he was allowed to? He was technically there as a guest cos his work permit. Therefore with the laws in the game with covid he would not have been allowed to get into the areas he needed within the stadium.
None of this is confirmed, just what I would assume and cos Im biased !
His work permit was ratified Saturday morning so could have taken the team Sunday.
Teams getting humped 3-1 at half time.
If he goes down and there is no impact then what does that say, he was smart to keep away.
Also sends a bad message to the staff, they were in charge that day, not him.

But its his job. Hes the manager, the buck stops with him.
You wouldn't have caught walter smith sitting in the stands in a cup semi. Just wouldn't happen.

Aye.
There would also be an article here claiming he had no impression on them if we didn't turn it around
He publicly said he wouldn't be involved. Would have been poor had he went back on that.

I thought a few players would have maybe gone out to impress gvb tbf.
Morelos and kent in particular.

I am sure he will value your feedback.
He hasnt even met the players yet ffs......
And that was his choice.
You cant defend him, he bottled it simple as.
A real manager would have been itching to get in there and sort things out.
No doubt he was paid to sit in the stands yesterday though.
Now Gerard's gone, i can see the affect he had on getting the best out of their team. Some rebuild is required. In a surprise upset, Rangers well and truly shat the bed.
Rangers Cup upset continues, which will please every Celtic fan
A word at HT makes no difference IMO.
This is a team that went unbeaten in the previous season and are champions. That should mean something to the team, but Hibs wanted it more.
Gers team in that form, won't go unbeaten for the rest of the season. Game on

Aye, heed has some competition now, though Pashmina is hard to beat.
I don’t think he was mate.

That’s exactly what I said after watching Ange’s first couple of training sessions.
Also I was pointing at my bottom.
This is a team that went unbeaten in the previous season and are champions.

You didn't watch Spurs/Leeds yesterday then? Whatever Spurs new manager Conte said at HT totally transformed them, after a shockingly poor first half.
