The guys a legend but he hasn’t been good in the PL for us this season. Dress it up how you like.

Ronaldo hasn't lost any of his finishing ability. That's still world class. Rest of his game has deteriorated though a lot.

But when you have the world's best finisher you play him. Simples.

Probably because the team have been awful.

No way can Ronaldo be blamed, he’s a poacher now and a very good one.

Classic Fergie away game if we hang on or get another.

Dull but solid to stay in the game then up it second half and get the goal.

Or we concede and it’s Carrick out.

Sometimes the way we play you wonder are we better off leaving some of our most dangerous players on the bench until the last half hour.

Funnily enough, that's why a small part of me would have preferred a draw today. Can see us managing to lose that one and potentially losing top spot now.

True. I often feel the likes of Rashford and Pogba have a far greater impact off the bench.

He does need some real match time

Ronaldo will leave if we don't make CL. He just wants to score more and more in this competition. You can tell it's what's driving him on these days.
