ETH is who I want but Poch is a good secondary option from who is available. Poch has a good history with bringing in younger players and doing well on a small budget.

Feel like Poch will do an alright job, whereas ETH will either be shiyte if our players can’t adapt or fckin brilliant and revolutionise our long term style and team.

Russian made a post about an Athletic article which went into detail about how Ole operates which consisted of putting others in charge of things and him overseeing it all. He was trying to replicate how Ferguson did things as much as possible but like Ferguson he still had the final say.
