300 is light. To be truly competitive we need to change 20 players.
Another £300million on top of the existing £1.2billion debt mountain simply isn't going to happen.
Levy should have sold Kane in the summer and let Nuno rebuild, Harry's value plummets every game he "plays".
My biggest concern is that it appears Conte has lost the dressing room already?

Selling Kane would've potentially been the best option but why on earth would Nuno be a better option to rebuild than Conte?
Its fine saying you want to spend that kind of money, getting the top players to sign is another matter

He is a far better coach for a start. He is a project manager and has built squads from nothing before. Conte is just a cheque book manager.
Spent £0 when we needed to and changed nothing. Summer following spent loads on what we didn't need while some damage was already done and subsequent poor recruitment.
Sets you back years and years unless you have better youth than we do coming through to save you.
We haven’t brought in a single decent player when we’ve paid big money for them. This isn’t about money, this is about scouting and recruitment, unfortunately we are terrible at that as well.

Nuno is a good coach in his own right but there's a reason conte has managed bigger and better clubs with more money. He has turned things around quickly at other clubs too that have been in a mess without spending big. Not saying he will at spurs though cause they're a completely different specimen of club.

Err...no. I know you like to troll the Spurs boards but this is far too transparent, at least make it fun.
300m........wow. Is that before player wages?
Thing is it’s not like you haven’t spent a good amount of money in the last 2 years, you’ve simply spent it on poor players.

I'm having fun, that's all I care about.
Levy knows all this that's why he released that statement last week where he mentioned not relying on revenues from the footballing side of the business.
If you think him & ENIC are going to foot the bill for a major rebuild then you are in for a harsh dose of reality. Your players are currently bargain basement as far as resale value, including Kane (a striker who can't buy a goal) so how are you going to buy quality for this rebuild?
Conte cannot fix Spurs without probably £400m-£500m investment (that includes purchases, agent fees, signing on fees & wages) from Lewis' own pocket and EVERYBODY knows that's not happening.
RIP Spurs

It’s not all doom and gloom, we’re only 2 wins off Liverpool in third, if we start improving at all then top 4 is definitely on the cards

Phenom in "hits the nail on the head" shocker
Paratici seems to be getting away with it. He blew £30m plus Lamela on Gil. Just let that sink in. The guy is nowhere near it and by current market value we'd valued him somewhere between £45-50m. WTF. Then there's his other signings - Royal is distinctly average if you ask me and Gollini has already made a couple of errors in goal. Romero might be the only one that's value for money but even that's not certain. He's been rash and brushed off the ball easily at times. I've no idea how good Sarr is. We'll have to wait I guess but Paratici's judgement doesn't seem too good.
Do we really trust Paratici with the money and the new recruitment process?
Right now the guy screams Baldini.
Just look at this regarding who came in and who departed in the summer
https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/tottenham-hotspur/transfers/verein/148
It's sobering reading. We weren't great last year but given who's gone and who's come in, there's no doubt we've regressed even further.
The irony is that Serge Aurier I think could have proved a brilliant right wing back as his defensive frailties wouldn't have been as exposed. Instead we've got Royal who barely cross the halfway line and when he does he just plays a square pass and Doherty who I'm not even sure qualifies as a professional footballer. What an effing joke of a club.
Dele Alli is great though...
