We seem to play high intensity for 25-30 mins each half in every game, then sit back.

Maybe it's a fitness/tactical decision

Leaving a Red Sea sized space between your centre backs has nothing to do with fitness or tactics, it’s just poor defending, simple as that.

Need to wake up second half or we let them back in. If we play well they don't have a chance. Just need to show up really.

lazy organisation and leadership at the back, communication missing to be outnumbered like that it was 3 vs 2 trent was well up the pitch and robbo just stood on the sideline. VVD got caught in 2 minds ended up in no mans land out of position but he was 1 vs 3 anyway couldnt cover all of them, matip tried to get across to help out but he too was 2 vs one.

Easily the better side, but being let down by absolute poverty defending sometimes. Van Dijk some way from his pre Pickford best.
