Sorry to hear that JFK
Went through a divorce a few years ago and it's not fun. Thankfully we didn't have kids so it made it easier, but can only imagine how tough it is for you at the minute. Getting out and about was key for me and my mental health afterwards and would recommend regular exercise.
I am actually getting back in the married club next month so hopefully it's a better experience this time.

that was it mate, it all came down to that moment, the final piece of the puzzle.
I feel ok about it tbh, i think there will obviously be difficult parts to it when other people start to get involved but thats always going to happen eventually.
My pal went on n off with his ex for about 2 years then he found out she was talking to someone on tinder and all of a sudden wanted to make a go of it again, just have to remind him that what he was feeling in that moment wasn't real and that what he felt everytime they split up was.
I think what’s important to remember is that you’re not alone.

sorry to hear this , im unable to offer any advice because im not a loser . MY life couldnt be better so best asking others less fortunate than me .
In all honesty , divorces , break ups etc are almost always for the best - for everyone
especially for married guys like me who play away from home ALL the time and typically target those with low self esteem
