There’s some decent M P’s I’m sure but let’s be honest you can’t really trust any of the fackers.

Boris is finished

Look at the opposition and they’re a joke

Sir kier starmer man of the people and working classhe said the Labour Party were going to make Britain a safer place for cyclists and then knocks one of them off his bike while he’s on his way to have a bespoke suit made.

Angela Rayner screaming Tory skuumm like some drunk hag and mugged off by her own boss who hadn’t told her about a shadow front bench reshuffle.

As for any other parties they’ve got no chance of getting in.

Let’s face it we’re going to be governed by idiots for years to come.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
At least what Rayner said was true.

Owen Paterson was a bigger scandal to me.
So if he didn't fall for that, no way this one will do.

I hope next election won't be about Brexit, we need to move on from that and only then we can see people vote Tories out of No10.

Peppa Pig has confirmed that a party might or might not have happened. And Boris might, or might not have been there.

That’s cleared that up, then.

The youth of the country will sort this out.

They have been so badly turned over by this Government and also don't follow MSM so hopefully next election we get this shysters out.

It's a shame the elderly seems to love Boris
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Getting people to admit they were wrong about Johnson (and Brexit etc) will be really difficult. People would rather double down than admit they were fooled.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

"Nobody" voted for Thatcher but she managed to win three elections.

The Prime Minister’s spokesman has confirmed an inquiry by the Cabinet Secretary will only cover the events of December 18 last year, and not an event on 27th Nov, where sources claimed 40 or 50 people were packed into a room at No10 for a leaving do - at which the Prime Minister spoke.

No10 today refused to deny there was a party or gathering on November 27, and refused to repeat the claim that “there was no party” on December 18.

The Cabinet Secretary’s probe will also not cover an alleged party in the Downing Street flat on November 13, which ex-aide Dominic Cummings has claimed took place.

They must think we're daft.

I made the mistake of getting involved in a Twitter debate on this before. It seems that people are basically too thick to disassociate rules from the people who make them.

We SHOULD be (and many are) outraged that these people seem to have flagrantly broken rules, and laughed about it - rules that were there to control a spread that was already leading towards 1000 deaths a day through January. Heads simply have to roll for this.

Instead, we’ve got people who think that this ‘proves’ the rules were useless and now simply want to break all the next rules because ‘that’s only fair’.

Let's get real, if you get away with making millions of suffer for years to come (hard brexit) and letting thousands of bodies pile up high (ultra late COVID respons in 1st wave) you shouldn't resign over some insignificant Christmas party.

It's like trying to get Trump in jail for grabbing a puussy, but letting it slide that he almost succeeded in staging a coup.

This is what I feel too!

People what things to black or white, and are unwilling to look at the 'bigger picture'.

Oh the ignorance of humanity...

It was ignorance that has keep these jokers in charge of pushing buttons

It's been happening all the way though Covid, MP's breaking their own rules, it doesn't mean people in general will now break the rules, but they lose a lot of credibility of this. People have already had enough and this is a perfect excuse to justifly doing what they want

There were two women behind me at the Costa machine this morning, one of them was saying how some woman on the radio was outraged by it because she herself could go see her own family at the time and the woman I the queue was saying ‘it’s her own stupid fault I don’t know why she bothered following the rules, I didn’t follow any of them I just did what I wanted anyway’. She, and many more like her won’t be fussed about what’s happened because they don’t care themselves - it’s all a lark, they aren’t intelligent enough to appreciate that voting for a government isn’t like voting someone out of the jungle and that people elected to positions of national leadership have to lead by example at all times.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

That last bit is spot on and it’s why it’s outrageous that the likes of Cummings, Hancock and now this crowd have broken rules and been let off: it sows mistrust when trust is needed and throws every government decision into a bad light.

Too many people through this, including some intelligent ones, have adopted the attitude of ‘They just want to lock us down. I won’t comply, especially if they don’t.’

Total failure to see the bigger picture.

Kind of like what I was going to say…

No, Boris should not resign over this - because he shouldn’t be in the job in the first place.

Well yes, he should resign over the 150,000 mostly preventable Covid deaths he presided over.
