Money is the key factor for most players
Rangnick: "He [Pogba] can be an important player but this is true for all the other players that we have and I'm not just the coach of Paul Pogba." #mulive
Lmao. He is not ready for his bullsheit. This pleases me intensely. Something can be said about Ralfs final duties is to clean up the club of the remaining unneeded and unsuitable players. Lingard, Martial, Pogba, Mata could all be gone by the end of January. If he could do that, this team would be reborn.

does that mean Jones will still be here?
Mata needs to go, but I'm sure he's far from disruptive.

Mata is busy with his coaching badges, and has reportedly already been offered an ambassadorial position at the club.
I wonder if he’ll end up hanging up his boots at the end of the season and joining the coaching/technical staff.
He’s a very intelligent guy who I imagine could take up pretty much any challenge placed before him. I wonder if he might try his hand at a few things off-field, picking up experience in different technical areas before deciding whether coaching is for him, a technical role, ambassadorial work, executive management of some kind, etc.
Yup. I’d keep mata around, he’s smart, and could easily do well in a technical role post playing, unlike most players
Sorry, kinda off topic.
Prior to Ralf's arrival. When Ragnick was asked what he thought of the United Arsenal game. He responded by saying that he was pleased for the win, but wasn't happy with us conceding the two goals. And that he wouldn't like to see many games won by '3-2' scorelines.
If Ole was still in charge of that game, he'd be saying in the interview how pleased he is 'with lads' and their 'characters'.
This is a major difference between the two manager's styles.
Ralf is definately the time of coach mindset we've been lacking.
Ralf has a clear plan and vision and has a logical way of going about it.
Ole loved the team spirit and United DNA.
