Poch got the best out of and given Poch was a disciple of Bielsa then it could be the move that Dele needs.
He has seriously lost his way since Poch left.
He's absolutely terrible - will end up dropping a league.
would like to see Dele doing well at a team like Leeds. Its all gone very wrong for him at Spurs, he needs a move. Getting away from the "bright lights" of London would do him some good... Needs to focus on his career.. There's a good player in there somewhere
Think Leeds would be a good fit. He was at his best off the striker in a high press team. He's good when the game is quick and he doesn't have to think.
An unselfish striker like Bamford would be a good foil for him
I can't see him leaving his cushy surroundings for a shiithouse. I don't think he's that interested in football these days.
It sounds a very good suggestion for Leeds and for the player. If it's a loan it's low risk as well.
Would be a good move for both I reckon and I would love for him to turn it around.
I'm with you on this Yorkie. Always liked Alli.
Loan for him would work under MB and club's
current situation (money wise).
I'm starting to warm to the idea of getting
Barkley in on loan also. Not bothered by the
negatives over loans. We need help.
I remember when he was close to a 100m valued player. That is a sharp decline.
He’s not out of your league at all. He’d probably end up on your bench if anything
If he can't show the energy and desire to fight for a place under Nuno then he's nowhere near what Bielsa will want. Steer clear.
Maybe he needs to get out of London and have a fresh start? It depends if he has the drive to play for Leeds and put the extra work in, maybe a world class coach like Bielsa can get him firing again.
Can understand the idea, but too risky for me. Phillips is a blow, but I’d rather us organise midfield around Forshaw and Dallas.

Wow, have you ever been to Tottenham? Leeds is in a beautiful part of the world, not sure you can say the same about Haringey ladders.

I'm talking about what he's got at Spurs. Stadium, facilities. He's got it easy. Looking at his character I can't see him roughing it at Elland Road.

I'm no Leeds fan, but how is going to Leeds 'roughing it'?
Do you think we all have tin baths in front of the fire and outdoor shiitters?
Can see reasons FOR signing him but there are plenty of reasons not to. If Bielsa got the old Deli back, it would be a no brainer, but think he's too far gone. Personally, id like to see us try but .....

If you were a Leeds fan I'd tell you to stay well clear. Dele is not the man to get a team out of trouble. He'll be more interested in playing computer games than freezing his nuts off up north.
I have limited awareness of how much Alli earns at Tottenham, but I would imagine it would be, at least, amongst our top earners. A costly risk, with very limited chance of reward, even only on loan.

You might have the facilities but the Elland Road faithful more than make up for that, he'd love it. Maybe the problem is he has tired of playing for a soulless club who have had to borrow Southampton's anthem to try and forge an identity.
Do you think having a cheese room matters more to him than an actual fanbase, South Side?

No thanks. Way out of our league in terms of wages. And hes not performed well for 3 years. If we had a Pre-season with him it might be worth a punt but theres not enough time. Rather take a punt on someone else

Anyone's guess. Football definitely doesn't matter to him. The 3 years isn't an exaggeration.
