As for the team, Jones and Varane will be interesting. I think Bruno will come back in as well.

We laugh about Jones still being at the club, but let's not forget he was capable of some great performances. Also some great calamitous moments too, but let's ignore them for now.

I'd play Luke Shaw at CB before Jones tbh.

Not sure what to expect going to todays game, first one of the year and always have some excitement but it could be a calamity with the defence we have on offer

We're playing Wolves. Even expecting no excitement would probably be hoping for too much. It's ironic that a team called Wolves can be guaranteed never to attack

As long as Jones is actually genuinely 90 minutes fit then at least it's an upgrade on lindelof or bailly. Despite what the idiots that want to pretend otherwise try to suggest.

The real worry is featuring two full back that cannot defend.

Plus either Pogba/Fernandes (or even Matic if Ralf is defensively over concerned) would have been a better option than McTominay.

All said and done, with some of those selections in mind I'm expecting the whole game to be a bit chaotic - which may, or may not be good enough for the necessary result.

There are no muggy teams in this league and certainly not Wolves
