Tomorrow`s game, whose going?

FA Cup used to be the domain of Tottenham FC, and no other club. And to think ignorant millennials think Spurs are trophyless, because they think football didn't exist before year 2000

Hoping we put out a second string who can win the game, and not embarassingly prolong the agony and we end up with another set of game to play. That could do wonders to Morecombe coffers but not good for us!

You can't beat a good FA Cup history, of brave minnows throwing the big bully premiership club out of the competition but pray it's not us!

Not going. Spend enough time and money on my season ticket. Morecambe on a Sunday with replacement rail doesn't appeal to me.

Won't be going to Chelsea either. Might have been tempted if we had a decent chance of progressing but not after the shambles served up on Wednesday.

Do you really think it will be under 30k tomorrow Sandy?

Historically Spurs have always got good crowds for FA Cup games (even against lower divisional teams).

The Chelsea game is more understandable as most Spurs fans don't think we have any chance of progressing.

I won't be surrendering my Spurs flag v Chelsea at all. They didn't kill off the game, so there is a remote chance of us overturning a 2 goal deficit. I know that the 11 we put out against them looked like Bambi on ice, specially Tanganga, bless him!

But Conte will fire up the players, and can see Kane being really up for this to shut them up.

Spurs at home are a different proposition and even Liverpool found out recently as did City at the start of the season.

Get behind the team and we could be the ones to go through! COYS!

Imagine if we all gave on Spurs after a defeat in the first team! Ajax magic would have never happened!
Believe, dude, believe!

When I went to buy tickets a few days ago it there was very few seats available maybe a few hundred or so.

Unless they aren’t opening certain sections?

I’m not going due to cost, I do think these games should be covered by the season ticket. You pay a grand for home league games, is it really so much to ask that they throw a home early round FA cup game in?

I agree that 0-2 is not insurmountable at all (remember Zagreb) under normal circumstances but we have been so inferior to Chelsea in both meetings this season I can understand the apathy.

Spot on! They should reward fans who go and follow the team. Best way to get some PA and attract more fans. This is a bad oversight by the club!

Only by looking at the Spurs site mate, looks like thousands of unsold tickets, plus I suspect certain areas of the ground will be shut.

I think Spurs have next to no chance against Chelsea. The only hope is just go all out attack. Forget about the defence, just play a couple at the back, they are all useless anyway, just flood the midfield with our so called attacking players, and hope Kane can score a few.

I think lots of sections will be closed mate. I will be surprised if they get much above 30,000, although I could be proved wrong.

My brother-in-law is a season ticket holder, and I think he gets a ticket for the game. Although he is in the 1882 club, season tickets cost about £2,200, so that may be why.

Hmm, remind me of what you said before the return game against Ajax?

I feel though they are gettable, Just look at how many points they dropped against sides they should have beaten?
Some of our players were off form too which is staggering under Conte, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. Conte has read the riot act to them, trust me!
In training, some look shifty! They know who they are!

Back in the day Pawl, coming back from an away leg 1-0 or even 2-0 down would have been seen as a result, and the Spurs teams of the day could overturn that sort of a deficit under the floodlights at WHL. The modern bunch of pansies though not a chance. I suspect 2nd leg will be something like 2 or 3 nil to Chelsea.

Maybe those guys do, but general season ticket holders don’t get one

It’s silly, these are the games that should be free to season ticket holders and kids for a quid. I would take my eldest then who is nearly 4 - now he might not make it to half time, which would be fine as it’s only cost me a quid and some time.

Alternatively he loves it and I get him on the season ticket waiting list and Spurs gain a new fan who will probably blindly throw money at them like I do.

They really have missed a trick

The Ajax game was a complete fluke Morespurs, that will never happen again, outplayed for 90 per cent of the tie. That result was more a case of Ajax blowing it rather than anything spectacular Spurs did. They should easily have seen that tie out.

I get your optimism, and that is fair enough. But sometimes realism has to come into the equation. When was the last time Spurs even beat Chelsea, let alone overturned a two goal deficit?

I agree it is shocking that Spurs cannot throw in a ticket to season ticket holders for a few cup games. It will hardly hurt them, and they may get their money back on bar sales.

Whilst they are at it, they could throw a few freebies at us over 70s.

I like Conte and going forward we must match his ambition but he can't be expected to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear with our horribly average group of stale players.

Lucas choose a great occasion to have the game of his life and was rewarded by getting benched for the final (fackin disgrace) however we were incredibly lucky to get through over the 2 legs.

As Dier said in a recent interview getting to that final really papered over the cracks.

I'm not going tomorrow

I'll be at the Arsenal game and going to Chelsea away in the league.

not sure what the attendance will be tomorrow but it's another home game and more revenue to keep Daniel happy.

Good morning hf, I don't understand the reluctance of some clubs to reduce the price of tickets for theses games to allow kids for a nominal fee, new supporters are the lifeblood of the club going forward, games like this are the ideal opportunity to make lifelong fans and help fill what would be up to only 2 3rds full anyway - it's a win win situation!

Hi Brummie i think Spurs are doing a family package (2 adults 2 kids) £40 or £50.

I agree with this sort of pricing, people who cant always get tickets for prem games will go tho so it's good they get to see a game.

hope you're all good son.
