My sister in law had four positive lateral flow tests, for her and her daughters. They all went for PCR tests which came back negative. Apparently they had a bad batch.

Whether Liverpool were being cute or not, it will be almost impossible to prove. As bad batches do happen.

They should be considered guilty until proven innocent 😇

So in summary, Liverpool are not being investigated.
